30-Day Money Back, Refunds and Exchanges 

The artifact system comes with a 30 day trail period where you can return your items for a 100% refund if it did not meet your expectations- prior authorization required (info below). All items outside of the 30-day window are not eligible for return or exchange unless they meet the criteria below: 

 

Eligible Refund or Exchange Circumstances 

Refunds or replacements may be issued only if: 

  • The product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect
  • The product does not match the specifications submitted at checkout
  • The product is damaged during shipment 

 

Non-Refundable Situations 

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for: 

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect specifications selected by the customer
  • Performance dissatisfaction unrelated to defects
  • Cosmetic wear after use 

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Authorization Required 

All returns require prior written authorization from Killer Golf. Unauthorized returns will be refused. For return authorization, including the 30-day artifact system trial, please email us at info@killergolf.com with your order number included in the message. 

Return Eligibility 

Returns may be approved only when: 

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The issue is verified as a 30-day guarantee, manufacturing, or fulfillment error
